Business & Community Partnerships

Business & Community Partnerships, managed by Partners in Education, encourages business and community organizations to build meaningful, long-term relationships with their chosen Katy ISD schools, creating opportunities to sincerely serve and benefit children. Katy ISD's Partner Portal is an online exchange site for member business and community organizations and their partner campuses to create and track partner activities.

Vendor Information 

The Purchasing Department acts as liaison between vendor sales representatives and district personnel. Vendors interested in doing business with Katy ISD should register in the Purchasing Department’s eProcurement system, Bonfire, in order to start the process of becoming an approved vendor.

Marketing and Advertising 

Katy ISD's Marketing Department works to build long-lasting relationships with the business community while generating revenue to support student activities through advertising sales.  Opportunities include Academy Sports + Outdoors Student Activities Complex (Legacy and Rhodes stadiums), Leonard E. Merrell Center and school bus advertising.

Staff Discounts 

Katy ISD offers space, free of charge, for companies to share discounts and/or promotions with all Katy ISD employees via a staff-only internal site. The Katy ISD Internal & Community Relations Department, or District assigned designee, must approve all discounts and postings.

Facility Reservations 

Katy ISD facilities are available for community use with submission of a facility reservation request (pending approval and availability) during the school year.
