Lisa Kassman
Executive Director 

Lisa Kassman has been with Katy ISD since 2000 in the role of Construction Project Manager. She has not only worked on construction projects at 36 of our 80 facilities, but has also been the main coordinator and Bond presenter of the Long Range Facilities Plans for 2006, 2010, and 2014. Her responsibilities as Executive Director of Facilities, Planning and Construction include facility design, construction, planning, property acquisition, and energy management.

Prior to coming to Katy ISD, Lisa worked in the government, land development and construction industries in both California and Texas.  Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA.
