Naming Nominations

Individuals interested in nominating a name for a facility are asked to review the Katy ISD Board Policy CW(LOCAL) for specific facility naming guidelines and submit a completed electronic nomination form. The form is available on this webpage.

Requested Nomination Materials:

• Nomination Form
• Biographical or historical data
• Description of significant contributions
• Statement on why a campus or facility should be named after the nomination
