Private Lesson Program

  • Private Music Lessons are offered as enrichment to classroom instruction. They are available to students in grades 6-12 that are currently enrolled in a band, choir or orchestra.

    If you are interested in becoming a Private Lesson Instructor, please complete the forms below. Private Lesson Instructors are required to pay a one-time flat fee of $70.00 for facility usage and administrative fees. This must be paid by check or money order.

    Please note: This packet of forms only allows you to work as a Private Lesson Instructor. Should you work as a clinician paid by the district, a separate set of Purchasing Forms will need to be completed at that time.
