Desktop Services

  • Desktop Services (DTS) provides on-site technical support for all Standard PC's, Laptops, Chromebooks and all attached peripherals. Services provided by the DTS Computer Field Engineers include:  installations, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and the repair of over 100,000 district owned and campus based pieces of technology related equipment.

    The DTS department is currently enrolled in the Lenovo Self-Maintainer Warranty Program providing immediate service of all in-warranty repairs for all District Standard Lenovo products.
