Hello!  I am so excited to be part of the ACE family.  This is my 14th year in education and my 2nd year as a Librarian.  Before I was a librarian, I was an Elementary Music Teacher.  I earned my Bachelor's in Music Education from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas.  It was in my musical career that I found a renewed interest in reading. If you are a musician, you know reading is all you do! So transitioning to the library made sense and was seemless. I earned my Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Houston - Clear Lake in 2022.  I am happy to be a Cub!
