- Before beginning online registration, gather the following documents and upload them.

- Proof of Residence- utility bill (light, water, or gas), purchasing paperwork, or lease agreement - If a lease agreement or purchasing paperwork is provided at the time of registration, a utility bill must be provided within 30 days of occupancy.
- Official Birth Certificate
- Government-issued Identification Card of the person registering the student
- Proof of Immunizations- Legible in English IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
- Report Card or Transcript from the most recently attended school
- Any additional documents are defined if applicable
- Please upload ALL the documents before submitting.
You may be contacted for additional documents needed to complete your student’s registration. The campus Registrar will contact you at a later date if needed.
NEW and RETURNING student information

- Parents will use the Home Access Center (HAC) to view their child's homeroom teachers at the beginning of every school year.
- Elementary parents that have a returning student, will use their same HAC login credentials.
- A unique SnapCode for each returning student will be sent out to the parent's/guardian's email address on file at the beginning of every school year. The SnapCode will allow each parent/guarding to electronically complete the Annual Information Update in PowerSchool. The Annual Information Update is how parents/guardians update contact information, home address, emergency contacts, medical information, etc. Please make sure to complete your Annual Information Update!
Early CheckoutsIf your child is checked out before 9:15 a.m. for personal reasons (i.e. travel, family celebration, non-healthcare appointment, etc.) he/she will be considered absent. Any student checked out after 9:15 a.m. will have a partial day's absence. Any adult checking out a student must be listed as a Guardian or Emergency Contact.Students may NOT be checked out after 2:30 as they will be moving to their dismissal locations at that time.Tardies/Late ArrivalsThe school doors open at 7:30 a.m. A student is considered tardy when the student is not in the proper place with all needed materials before the tardy bell rings at 7:50 a.m. Parents must bring their children into the school and sign them in if they are tardy. If a student checks in after 9:15 a.m. for personal reasons (i.e. travel, family celebration, non-healthcare appointment, etc.) he/she will be considered absent for the day.Please help us get each day off to a good start by having your child at school on time.
