My name is Jennifer Lowenthal.  I have lived in the Katy area for over 20 years.  I have two boys, two dogs, a cat, and two guinea pigs and a wonderful husband.  This will be my 7th year in education.  I am so excited about coming back to Katy ISD and to be working at my new home at Bethke Elementary.  Before I became a librarian, I taught kindergarten, fourth grade math and science, and 5th grade science and social studies.  My favorite things are gardening, baking, watching movies with my family- I love Marvel's movies, quilting, and, of course- reading!  My favorite genre is fantasy and historical fiction.  I am looking forward to many great years here at Bethke.
