Mrs. Fraser

Mrs. Fraser is the librarian at Nelson JH. She has worn many hats in her 26+ years in education. She has been a library assistant, a Tech Apps teacher, and school a librarian. She graduated from UNT with her masters in Library Science. This is her 1st year in Katy ISD and her 9th year as a junior high librarian. 

She loves books featuring diverse characters with quirky personalities and a good plot twist. Her favorite part of being a librarian is connecting students with stories and characters they’ll love! She strives to provide a safe & welcoming space for all students. 

This is Ms. Dennis 3rd year in Library service with Katy ISD. Prior to her work in Katy, she graduated from BYU-Idaho with a major in Humanities. And has lived in the Houston area for her entire life.

She is a lover of Fantasy and Historical fiction book. And spends much of her free time reading of watch TV and Movies. Currently she is working on her Masters Degree in Library Science through TWU, with plans to graduate in 2025.
